Pastor David Neal, Laura,
Caleb, Rebecca, and Ruth

God allowed me the privilege of growing up in a Christian family.  Since my dad was a pastor, I was constantly exposed to the Word of God.  God saved me at an early age when I realized that I was a sinner, repented of my sin, and in faith called out to God to forgive my sins and make me His child.  I was baptized shortly after that to identify myself as a Christian.

I attended Bob Jones University, was called to preach there, and graduated in 1996 with a B.A. in Practical Christian Training.  I married my best friend, Laura, in 1998.  In 1999 I became the Assistant / Youth Pastor at Cornerstone Baptist Church.  In June of 2008, I followed God’s leading to pastor Faith Baptist Church of Harvard, IL.  Then in March of 2017, I accepted the call to pastor First Baptist Church of Fort Atkinson.  In 2021,  I graduated with my M.A. in Church Ministry.  Since 2014, I have enjoyed serving as a Marketplace Chaplain.  God has given us three children, Caleb, Rebecca, and Ruth.  I enjoy spending time with my family!
